At Shubh Sadhna, we want you to be able to use your product with full confidence. This Refund Policy explains when a refund or revision is available for our digital product. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

General Policy

Because our product is a digital PDF delivered instantly by email, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered.

However, if the personal details used to prepare your product were entered incorrectly at checkout, you are covered under our Revision Policy below.

Revision Policy

  1. Eligible Issue: If your personal kunjika has an error in the details you entered at checkout — such as your name, city, or a similar personal detail — you can request a free revision.
  2. Not Covered by Revision: Revision does not apply to disliking the content, the daily-practice length you originally chose, or any other reason unrelated to an incorrect entry.
  3. Time Frame: Revision requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.
  4. What We Need From You: Please email us the correct detail(s) so we can regenerate and resend your corrected PDF.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

(i) Duplicate Purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

(ii) Failed Delivery: Payment was successful, but you did not receive your product due to a verified technical issue on our end (after checking your spam/promotions folder and confirming the email address entered at checkout was correct).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  1. Change of Mind: Deciding not to use the product after delivery.
  2. Subjective Preference: Not liking the content, format, or design despite it being delivered correctly.
  3. Incorrect Email Address: Entering the wrong email address at checkout, resulting in non-delivery.
  4. Time Lapse: Requests made after the 3-day window.
  5. Device/App Issues: Being unable to open the PDF due to your own device, app, or storage issues.

Note: An incorrect name, city, or similar personal detail is handled through the Revision Policy above, not as a refund case.

Refund and Revision Process

  1. Submit Request: Email your request to hello@shubhsadhna.com with your order details (payment reference and the email used at checkout) and a clear explanation.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. Decision: You will be notified of the outcome by email.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Approved revisions will be emailed to you once the corrected PDF is ready.
