When you purchase a product from us, we do not sell you the content itself — we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

  • Download and keep your copy for your own personal, non-commercial, devotional use.
  • Print it for your own use.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, forward, upload, or redistribute the PDF or its content to any other person, group, or platform (including WhatsApp groups, social media, or file-sharing sites).
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works from the content and pass it off as your own.
  • Remove or alter any branding, watermark, or copyright notice from the product.
  • Use any part of our Content for a commercial purpose.

If you breach this section, your licence to use the product ends immediately, and we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. Visiting a third-party site from our Services is at your own risk, and our Terms and Privacy Policy do not apply there.

Product Information and Availability

We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or piece of content on our Website is completely error-free. Product availability, pricing, and offers may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product (such as a seasonal product after the relevant festival period) at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full through our approved third-party payment gateway at the time of purchase. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. We do not store your full card, UPI, or banking details — these are handled directly and securely by our payment gateway.

Digital Products

Nature of the Product

Our products are digital PDFs relating to Navratri sadhna/puja practice, delivered to you by email after successful payment. Some content (such as your personal daily practice pages) may be prepared based on the details you provide at checkout, such as the time you have available for daily practice.

Delivery

Products are delivered by email, typically within 30 minutes of successful payment. Please double-check your email address at checkout — we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, and we are not able to guarantee delivery to email addresses that reject or filter our messages (please check your spam/promotions folder before contacting us).

Disclaimer

This product is intended for personal, devotional, and informational use, based on traditional Navratri practices. It is not a substitute for guidance from a priest, astrologer, or spiritual teacher, and we do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or fulfilment of any wish or prayer (मनोकामना). Use of this product is based on your own faith and personal choice. Shubh Sadhna is not responsible for how the content is interpreted or practised by the user.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly by email, all sales are final except in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge will be refunded.
  2. Failed delivery — if payment was successful but you did not receive your product due to a verified technical error on our end (after checking spam/promotions folders and confirming your email address was entered correctly), we will either resend the product or issue a refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not liking or not resonating with the content
  • Being unable to open the PDF due to your own device/app issues
  • Providing an incorrect email address at checkout

To request a refund under the eligible cases above, email us at hello@shubhsadhna.com with your order details within 7 days of purchase.

Information Technology Act Compliance

These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India and the rules framed under it, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer or assign these Terms as part of a business transfer or restructuring.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Shubh Sadhna regarding our Services.
